The proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance. The final plat is consistent <br />with the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat and PUD Final Plan. <br /> <br />There is a modification from the phasing plan. The phasing plan dated July 28, 2016 for Phase <br />V was for 19 lots. The proposed plat is for 39.
