The proposed development is a 1 lot and 1 outlot single family residential <br />subdivision located at the north end of Ruffed Grouse Road. The development contains one <br />30.72 gross acre parcel and is called Houle Addition. Mr. Houle intends to construct 1 single <br />family home at the north end of Ruffed Grouse Road. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />This parcel has been through several land use proposals. In 2008, Ed Vaughan received <br />preliminary plat (Resolution No. 08-22) and final plat (Resolution No. 08-44) approval for 1 lot <br />and 1 outlot. The final plat was never recorded; therefore, the preliminary plat and final plat <br />are void. In 2004, Mr. Vaughan received PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />approval but a PUD Final Plan/Final Plat was never submitted; therefore the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat is void. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
