The 4 unattached residential units <br />are under the 250 unattached unit thresholds. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />There are no wetlands on the subject site. <br /> <br />Floodplain <br /> <br />There is no floodplain on the subject site. <br /> <br />Shoreland Management Overlay <br /> <br />The subject site is not within a shoreland management overlay district. <br /> <br />Final Plat <br /> <br />Typically, the final plat is submitted separately after the preliminary plat has been approved. <br />Since this development received variances, preliminary and final plat approvals in 2008, staff <br />agreed to run the preliminary plat and final plat concurrently. <br /> <br />The final plat substantially conforms to the preliminary plat as detailed in Resolution No. 17-66 <br />in the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on June 14, 2017. There were no public <br />comments.
