6 <br /> <br />Floodplain <br /> <br />The developer received a FEMA LOMR (Letter of Map Revision) on December 7, 2015 <br />effectively removing floodplain from 10 lots in Saddle Club First Addition. There is no <br />floodplain in Saddle Club Third Addition. <br /> <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />A Development Agreement has been drafted by the City and shall be executed by the City and <br />the developer and recorded by the developer. The Agreement has amended Section 19 Special <br />Provisions of the Development Agreement for Second Addition in regards to the construction of <br />the Fox Road and utility connection to the Foxborough subdivision. The Agreement also details <br />the trunk credits and the securities required for the connection. <br /> <br />Title Commitment <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and final plat and notes that Consent to Plat is <br />required. <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />A Maintenance Agreement for Stormwater Management Facilities was approved by the City <br />Council on August 25, 2014 with Resolution No. 14-92 for the entire Saddle Club development. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the Saddle Club Third <br />Addition final plat on April 12, 2017. The vote was 6-0. Staff is recommending approval of the <br />following items with conditions as listed: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 17-39 Approving Final Plat <br />2.
