TBD <br />WSB PROJECT NO. 2988-080 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MN <br /> <br /> <br />All-Way Stop Analysis <br /> <br />2016 (Existing Conditions): The analysis of the 2016 conditions with existing lane geometrics <br />and all-way stop control show the intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash <br />Street (CR J) is operating at an overall LOS F in the AM peak hour and LOS E in the PM peak <br />hour. Specifically the southbound approach and the westbound right turn movements are <br />showing unsatisfactory levels of service. The results of the existing condition traffic operations <br />analysis are summarized in Table 5.
