TBD <br />WSB PROJECT NO. 2988-080 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MN <br /> <br /> <br />2038 No-Build Conditions: The analysis of the 2038 no-build conditions with existing lane <br />geometrics and all-way stop control show the intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH <br />59) at Ash Street (CR J) would be operating at an overall LOS F in the AM and PM peak hours. <br />Specifically the southbound approach, northbound left/through movement and the westbound <br />right turn movements are showing unsatisfactory levels of service. In addition the southbound <br />approach at the intersection of Ash Street (CR J) at 20th Avenue/I35E Ramp would also be <br />operating an LOS F during the AM and PM hours. The results of the 2038 no-build condition <br />traffic operations analysis are summarized in Table 7.
