At <br />the time the original PUD was approved in 2003, the City’s Comprehensive Plan for medium <br />density residential development allowed for 3 to 6 dwelling units per acre. Although the current <br />Comprehensive Plan for medium density requires 4.0 to 5.9 dwelling units per acre, the <br />developer has the right to develop at a density consistent with the original PUD. <br /> <br />Zoning Requirements and Standards <br /> <br />The PUD provides flexibility from the strict standards of the zoning ordinance.
