The septic system shall be designed and <br />sized to accommodate any future building renovations. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Tree Preservation Plan <br /> <br />Landscaping and tree preservation is not required for the home occupation. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />Wetlands are located on portions of the parcel but are not impacted by the accessory structures <br />or home occupation. The applicant shall be cognizant of the existence of the wetlands on site. <br /> <br />Floodplain <br /> <br />The 2015 DFIRM indicates Zone A floodplain on the parcel. The existing house and accessory <br />structures do not appear to be impacted by the floodplain. <br /> <br />Architectural Plans and Exterior Building Materials <br /> <br />No improvements or remodeling are proposed at this time to the house or accessory structures. <br />A building permit is required for any future building improvements. A fence permit is required <br />for any fence construction. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />Per Chapter 1010: Signs, one sign with a maximum size of 6 square feet placed at least 10 feet <br />from the property line is allowed without a permit. <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is not required. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit-Findings of Fact <br />
