<br />5 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the conditional use permit for St. Joseph of the Lakes church rectory at 171 Elm <br />Street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The single family home/church rectory shall be connected to municipal sanitary <br />sewer and watermain. Applicable fees shall apply. <br />2. A building permit is required prior to construction. <br />3.
