<br />The overall project schedule is to start construction in the fall of 2018 with a majority of <br />construction extending into 2019. <br /> <br />LaMotte Area <br /> <br />The LaMotte neighborhood currently has municipal sanitary sewer. The extension of a <br />municipal water system would come from the City of Centerville’s water supply. We are <br />planning to have the property owners complete a survey of interest for watermain extension <br />prior to starting the City’s Charter/Minnesota State 429. However they are being included in <br />the first stage of the process in the event that they choose to have municipal water extended to <br />their neighborhood. <br /> <br />The LaMotte Area Roadway Reconstruction Project is planned to be bid and constructed in <br />2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of: <br /> <br />i. Resolution No. 17-135 Authorizing Preparation of Report on Improvements (Amending <br />May 8, 2017 Feasibility Report), West Shadow Lake Area Street and Utilities. <br /> <br />ii.
