She lives at 345 Carl Street. Ms. Garcia would like to subdivide the outlot into 3 parcels <br />so they can be combined with the existing 3 parcels and eliminate the outlot all together. A <br />minor subdivision and variance are required. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Outlot A, Lino Air Park North was platted in 1977. This portion of the outlot is 2 feet wide and <br />1,283.33 feet long and runs along the north side of Carl Street. These types of parcels are <br />commonly referred to as “spite strips”. <br /> <br />This outlot came to staff’s attention when working with Randy Rennaker. Mr. Rennaker was <br />interested in purchasing the vacant parcel east of 345 Carl Street (PID #07-31-22-14-0005) and <br />the residential parcel at 7801 4th Avenue (PID #07-31-22-14-0004) from Richard and Jean
