The existing house connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system in 2010. The <br />proposed house shall be connected to the municipal sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />2. In the future, sanitary sewer maybe extended through the existing easement (proposed <br />right of way) to serve property to the west of the Erickson parcel. Servicing property to <br />the west may require a small lift station due to the depth of the existing sanitary sewer <br />main. <br /> <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />1.
