The proposed project is called “Woods Edge”. <br /> <br />The property is guided Mixed Use and is part of the Town Center, which is planned for a mix of <br />residential, retail, and office uses. The site is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) and the <br />zoning standards are established by the Town Center Design & Development Guide PUD, which <br />was approved on March 22, 2004. The guide includes a land use plan and this site is the bulk of <br />the planned residential area. <br />
