CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-03 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR SS PROPERTIES ADDITION <br />(ALL SEASONS RENTAL, 7932 LAKE DRIVE) <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for Final Plat approval for SS <br />Properties Addition hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed "Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Surveys, civil plans and architectural plans submitted by Jamb Architects and <br />Roshell Engineering, LLC dated November 11, 2017 <br />• Final Plat submitted by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated November 9, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on July 12, <br />2017 and the Board recommended approval of the SS Properties Addition Preliminary <br />Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 17-80; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the SS <br />Properties Addition final plat at the December 13, 2017 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney has reviewed the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat and has no objections. <br />3. A Development Agreement has been completed. <br />4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or <br />secured by the Development Agreement. <br />5. All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or final plat have been paid <br />in full. <br />1 <br />
