No. 10 -85 page 2 <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 3 -33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SUBMIT T AL OF <br />THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN AND FINAL PLAT FOR <br /> CENTURY FARM NORTH 6 TH ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pl anned Unit Development – Development Stage Plan for Century Farm North, <br />approved by the City Council on April 28, 2003 with Resolution 03 -60, included a phasing plan <br />for final platting a specified number of units each year , and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Century Farm North 5th Addition was approved on March 14, <br />2011; and <br /> <br />WHER E AS, the city’s Subdivision and Platting Ordinance requires the final plat for subsequent <br />phases be submitted within one year of approval of the final plat for the previous phase, an d <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for submittal of <br />a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development – Development Stage Plan for Century Farm North <br />is still in complian ce with City requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves an extension to the submittal time of the PUD -F inal P lan/F inal P lat application <br />for the Planned Unit Development for Century Farm Nor th 6 th Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The PUD -F inal P lan/F inal P lat for Century Farm North 6 th Addition must be <br />submitted by October 1, 201 3 ; unless an additional extension is granted by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />2. All conditions of approval for Re solution No. 03 -60 will continue to apply to the site. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11 th day of March , 201 3 . <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> and was duly seconded by Co uncil Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />The following voted against same:
