A start -up private school (Veritas Academy) is interested in leasing the 80 <br />majority of the 9,000+ square feet available for a five year period. St aff is recommending that a 81 <br />portion of that wing of the civil complex be held for possible future expansion of the community 82 <br />room. No interior remodeling is needed for their use. Since the facility was financed by tax exempt 83 <br />bonds, staff has received a le gal opinion concurring with a lease agreement with a faith based 84 <br />organization. Mayor Reinert suggested that people can contact the Academy through their website if 85 <br />they want more information. Council Member Roeser suggested running information on the sc hool 86 <br />on the city’s cable channel. 87 <br /> 88 <br />Council Member Roese r moved to approve Resolution No . 13 -25 as presented. Council Me mber 89 <br />Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 90
