Motion was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Root made a MOTION to approve Love to Grow On CUP, Variances and Site <br />Plan Review subject to the conditions. Mr. Laden seconded. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />C. NorthPointe 7th Addition Final Plat <br /> <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. NorthPointe is a PUD <br />residential subdivision located northeast of the intersection of Birch Street and 20th <br />Avenue South/CSAH 54. The preliminary plat is 94.09 gross acres and consists of a <br />residential density mix of single family lots and an 88 unit senior multi-family <br />residence. <br /> <br />Mr. Olson, applicant, addressed the Chair and board <br /> Chair Tralle commended the success of the NorthPointe project <br /> Mr. Olson thanked staff and board
