There is a drainag e and utility easement 75 <br />that exists between parcels that will be combined for the new project. The existing water main will 76 <br />be relocated as a result. Staff is requesting that the council hold a public hearing on the easement and 77 <br />then grant approval of th e 1 st Reading of the ordinance. 78 <br /> 79 <br />Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. There being no one present wishing to speak, the public 80 <br />hearing was closed. 81 <br /> 82 <br />Council Member O’Donnell moved to approve the 1 st Reading of Ordinance No. 03 -13 as presented. 83 <br />Council Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. 84 <br /> 85 <br />6B) Resolution No. 13 -45, Accepting a donation from TC Gateway for the Blue Heron Days 86 <br />Festival – Economic Development Coordinator Divine noted that Lino Lakes is one of the ci ties 87 <br />included in the TC Gateway tourism promotion group. TC Gateway is funded through hotel/motel 88 <br />taxes within the area they serve. They are providing a grant to the city that will support the city’s 89 <br />annual festival. 90
