COUNCIL MINUTES May 29, 2018 <br />88 explained that Ordinance No. 04-18 would add language to allow intoxicating beverages at a City <br />89 park but only during the community festival and only when the council approves a specific event by <br />90 resolution. The resolution process would allow the city to impose conditions as appropriate. <br />91 Council Member Rafferty moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 04-18. Consider Resolution No. 18-53, Summary Publication of Ordinance No. 0348 <br />109 <br />110 City Engineer Hankee explained that staff is requesting that the council approve the 2na Reading and <br />111 adoption of an ordinance vacating a drainage and utility easement as part of plans for the Northpointe <br />112 51" Addition development. The council approved the first reading of the ordinance at the last <br />113 meeting. <br />114 <br />115 Council Member Manthey moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 03-18. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />123 <br />124 6B) Consider Resolution 18-61, Approving Comprehensive Plan Amendment — Utility <br />125 Staging — City Engineer Hankee reviewed the staff recommendation to approve a Comprehensive <br />126 Plan Amendment to allow four existing homes along Ash Street to connect onto existing sewer lines. <br />127 She reviewed the analysis used to bring this matter forward. The amendments would be to the Land <br />128 Use Plan as well as Sanitary Sewer Plan. <br />129 <br />130 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 18-61 as presented. Council Member <br />131 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />
