CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 6 A <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIG INATOR: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: May 28 , 2013 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 13 -58 Approving Development <br />Agreement, Preserve at Lino Lakes <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is reque sting City Council c onsideration of the Development Agreement for Preserve at <br />Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Preserve at Lino Lakes on May 13, <br />2013 with Resolution No. 13 -57 subject to the condition a D evelopment Agreement is executed <br />by and between the developer and City. The City Engineer has prepared the Development <br />Agreement which provides for the submittal of fees and securities to cover City review costs and <br />ensure completion of the public and pri vate improvements in accor dance with the approved <br />plans. The City Attorney has reviewed the Title Commitment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 13 -58 . <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
