CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR PRESERVE AT LINO LAKES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the PUD Final Plan /Final Plat for Preserve at Lino <br />Lakes on May 13 , 2013 , and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivis ion ordinance and conditions of approval require the execut ion <br />of a development agreement, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Cont ract between Schwieters Investments of Lino Lakes, LLC <br />and the City of Lino Lakes for Preserve at Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this _____ day o f ________________, 2013. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />_________________and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same : <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
