DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT Preserve at Lino Lakes THIS AGREEMENT made this _____ day of May, 2013, is by and between the City of Lino Lakes, whose address is 600 Town Cente r Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, 55014, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of t he State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Schwieters Investments of Lino Lake s, LLC whose address is 13925 Fenway Boulevard North, Hugo, MN 55038 hereinafter referre d to as the "Developer".
