CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 6 B <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: May 28, 2013 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 13 -6 0 , Approving Development <br />Agreement for Main Street Shopp es <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting City Council consideration of the Development Agreement for Main Street <br />Shoppes. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Final Plat for Main Street Shoppes on May 13, 2013 with <br />Resolution No. 13-59 subject to the condition a Development Agreement is executed by and <br />between the developer and City. The City Engineer has prepared the Development Agreement <br />which provides for the submittal of fees and securities to cover City review costs and ensure <br />completion of the public and private improvements in accordance with the approved plans. The <br />City Attorney has reviewed the Title Commitment. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 13-60 . <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
