CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR MAIN STREET SHOPPES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Main Street Shoppes on May 13 , <br />2013 , and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and con ditions of approval require the execut ion <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Contract between CM Proper ties 14, LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes, for Main Street Shoppes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this _____ day of ________________, 2013. <br /> <br />The motion for th e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />_________________and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> ___________________________ <br /> Jef f Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ____________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
