COUNCIL MINUTES <br />June 11, 2018 <br />APPROVED <br />207 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 18-72 as presented. Council Member <br />208 Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />209 <br />210 6C) Consider 1st Reading Ordimance No. 0748, Amending City Code Section 1007 Related <br />211 Driveway Surfacing and Airplane Hangar and Hangar Access Performance Standards — <br />212 Community Development Director Crrochala reviewed the request for 1st reading of an ordinance that <br />213 will set certain standards relating to the city's airparks. The standards will relate to hangars, driveway <br />214 surfacing, and modifications included in a new section related to sideyard setbacks. He also noted <br />215 that the ordinance would increase the maximum impervious surface (related to driveway expansion <br />216 <br />217 Mayor Reinert noted that the city seemed to be receiving more and more requests for variances from <br />218 the city's standards. It makes sense that an airpark may need special consideration. <br />219 <br />220 Council Member Stoesz received confirmation that all impacted residents were informed. <br />221 <br />222 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 07-18 as presented. <br />223 Council Member Maher seconded the motion.
