CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />June 25, 2018 <br />I\ UK <br />46 Rafferty asked that the council receive a refresher on the exact terms included since it's <br />47 been a few weeks since they've met and that was not included in the staff report. <br />48 <br />49 Item 3A, Extend Lease of New Creations Child Care — Administrator Karlson noted <br />50 that the council reviewed the terms at a previous work session, and the terms are again <br />51 laid out in the staff report. It's important to the center to have an extension since they are <br />52 planning improvements. <br />53 <br />54 Item 6A, Nature's Refuge — City Planner Larsen noted the changes that have occurred <br />55 since the first reading and review of the action. <br />56 <br />57 Item 6C, Quotes and Contract for 2018 Street Maintenance (Reclamite) Program — <br />58 City Engineer Hankee explained that this is a certain element of the City's 2018 Street <br />59 Maintenance Program. Staff is recommending acceptance of the single quote based on <br />60 the specialized nature of the work. The staff report includes a map of the roads that will <br />61 be included in the program. <br />62 <br />63 Council Member Rafferty asked if this process/product has been used successfully areas <br />64 that can be identified.
