Since outdoor dining is seasonal, the same number of spaces <br />76 aren't needed. She noted the support of the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />77 <br />78 Mayor Reinert remarked that he sees this as a good initiative that will help restaurants to provide <br />79 outdoor seating without the expensive addition of parking. He sees no down side for the city. <br />80 <br />81 Council Member Manthey moved to approve the lst Reading of Ordinance No. 09-18 as presented. <br />82 Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />83 <br />84 613) Consider lst Reading of Ordinance No. 1048, Amending City Code Chapter 1007 <br />85 Related to Commercial Kennel and Commercial Stable Performance Standards — City Planner <br />86 Larsen reviewed the proposed zoning ordinance amendment relative to kennel and stable standards. <br />
