Since outdoor dining is seasonal, the same number of spaces 76 aren't needed. She noted the support of the Planning and Zoning Board. 77 78 Mayor Reinert remarked that he sees this as a good initiative that will help restaurants to provide 79 outdoor seating without the expensive addition of parking. He sees no down side for the city. 80 81 Council Member Manthey moved to approve the lst Reading of Ordinance No. 09-18 as presented. 82 Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 83 84 613) Consider lst Reading of Ordinance No. 1048, Amending City Code Chapter 1007 85 Related to Commercial Kennel and Commercial Stable Performance Standards — City Planner 86 Larsen reviewed the proposed zoning ordinance amendment relative to kennel and stable standards.
