Motion was supported by <br />Mr. Laden. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to recommend approval of Zoning Ordinance Text <br />Amendment Regarding Performance Standards for Commercial Stables with the <br />following changes: <br /> <br /> Minimum 5 acre parcel size for Commercial Kennels <br /> Strike the “middle of the property” language <br /> Clarify Commercial Stable definition <br /> Include option to lease adjacent parcels of land in determining the maximum <br />number of animal units allowed <br /> <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Ruhland. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Project Updates <br /> <br /> Watermark – Grading permit was approved by City Council, final plat was <br />submitted <br /> Nature’s Refuge – Council moved to table the discussion, applicant is making <br />minor adjustment to the plat <br /> Saddle Club 4th Addition – Preliminary Plat was approved by Council <br /> Air Park – approved by Council <br /> Lyngblomsten – Application submitted to the City <br /> Love to Grow On – Project is out to bid <br /> All Seasons Rental – Ms. Larsen recently reached out <br /> Distinctive Elements – Ms. Larsen recently reached out <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 P.M. Motion was <br />supported by Mr. Laden.
