<br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />(Resolution No. 1 3 -80 ) <br /> <br />Conditions and Checklist for issuance of Special Event Permit to Chad Wagner d/b/a The <br />Tavern on Main, for mu sic event on August 1 6 & 1 7 , 201 3 : <br /> <br />(1) The applicant has plans for parking vehicles including size and location of lots, <br />points of access; and proof of permission for use of property upon which the special <br />event is to be held or upon which parking may occur, and in the case of County <br />right -of -way, proper documentation from the County approving the plans; <br /> <br />(2) For the concerts, the use of wristbands for limiting the number of persons is <br />indicated in the application. An entrance fee shall be charged and entrance sha ll be <br />by wrist bands only. The applicant shall also indicate the maximum number of <br />persons that shall be permitted, and the fire marshal shall provide a maximum <br />number of occupants based on the size of the tent; <br /> <br />(3) P lans are submitted for fencing the locati on and the gates contained in such fence; <br /> <br />(4) Plans are submitted for providing toilet and lavatory facilities including the source, <br />number, and location, type and means of disposing of waste deposited; <br /> <br />(5) Plans are submitted for holding, collection, and dispos ing of solid waste material; <br /> <br />(6) Plans are submitted to illuminate the location of the event including the source and <br />amount of power and the location of lights; based on plans provided, the fire <br />inspector shall determine if a state permit is required; <br /> <br />(7) Plan s are submitted for security including the number of guards and the name of the <br />security company; in addition, the applicant is required to ensure that two uniformed <br />Lino Lakes police officers are present at the event during the hours of 9:00 p.m. and <br />1:30 a.m. on August 1 6 and 1 7 , 201 3 or as long as the Police Department deems <br />necessary; <br /> <br />(8) Plans are submitted for sound control and sound amplification, if any, including <br />number, location, and power of amplifiers and speakers; all reasonably necessary <br />precauti ons shall be taken by the applicant to insure that the sound of the assembly <br />will not carry unreasonably beyond the enclosed boundaries of the location of the <br />assembly; <br /> <br />(9) Plans are submitted to meet the requirements of the State Fire Code, including but <br />no t limited to the following: <br /> <br />i. Minimum of three 2A10BC fire extinguishers need to be on location in the <br />tent area; <br />ii. “No Smoking” signs need to be displayed throughout the area. <br />iii. No pryotechnics are allowed. <br />iv. No parking within 20 feet of the tent. Measured from stakes.
