CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 1 3 -80 AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR MILLER'S ON MAIN TENT EVENT WHEREAS , Chad Wagner of The Tavern on Main has submitted an application for a special event permit for a tent event to be held on August 1 6 & 1 7 , 201 3 , at the business at 8001 Lake Drive; and WHEREAS, consistent with previous approvals, and recognizing that successfully implementing an event of this type requires ongoing communication and instruction, staff recommends that conditions of approval be attached and incorporated into this resolution; and WHEREAS, the applicant has expressed a willingness to be bound to the conditions recommended by s taff (Attachment A) and to continue to work with staff to address additional concerns which may arise; and WHEREAS , the Lino Lakes Police Department and the Centennial Fire District has reviewed the application and event plans; and WHEREAS , proof of gene ral liability and liquor liability insurance has been submitted by the applicant; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: That the City Council authorizes issuance of a special event permit to applicant C had Wagner of The Tavern on Main for event on August 1 6 and 1 7 , 201 3 subject to the attached conditions (Attachments A). Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22 nd day of July, 201 3 .
