.-� The proposed mini self-storage facility is an allowed use within the LI, Light <br /> Industrial Districts with an approved conditional use permit. The project will not <br /> generate excessive traffic, noise, smoke,fumes, glare or odors. <br /> 9. The proposed development will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage of a <br /> natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br /> There are no natural, scenic or historic features on the existing site. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of Lino Lakes in addition to the <br /> administrative requirements of a conditional use permit, the following specific <br /> performance standards of Section 1007.120 (9) must also be met: <br /> (d) Mini self-storage facilities provided that: <br /> 1. No single building shall be greater than one hundred fifty (150) feet in <br /> length. <br /> No single building on the property exceeds 150 feet in length. The longest <br /> building is I10 feet. <br /> 2. If an "on-premises" caretaker dwelling unit is provided on site, <br /> ^ construction of said dwelling unit shall conform to all design standard <br /> regulations for multiple family dwelling units of the Minnesota State <br /> Building Code. <br /> There is no "on premises" caretaker dwelling unit provided on site. <br /> 3. No retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, repair, or other such activity <br /> other than storage is to occur within the mini self-storage facility. <br /> There will be no retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, repairing or other <br /> such activity other than storage that is intended to occur within the mini <br /> self-storage facility. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br /> approves the conditional use permit for mini self-storage facilities for Lino Lakes Storage <br /> located at 440 Park Court subject to the following conditions: <br /> • The Conditional Use Permit approval is for development of Phase 1 (north <br /> portion) only as depicted on Sheet C2.0, Site Plan. <br /> • A separate and complete Land Use Application to amend the conditional use <br /> permit to development Phase 2 (south portion) shall be required. <br /> • The City makes no representation that Phase 2 will be approved with the approval <br /> ,--� of Phase 1. <br /> • No open and/or outdoor storage is allowed on site. <br /> 4 <br />
