Project Updates  October agenda will include comprehensive plan amendment – reguiding east half of 35E corridor  Lennar currently breaking ground for the first phase of Watermark (193 lots)  LaMotte Street reconstruction project to start  West Shadow Lake Drive project going to assessment  Plans and specs being authorized on Peltier Lake outlet  Lyngblomsten working on projects, will be submitting plans in near future  Love to Grow On agreements are in place, have not submitted building permit, looking to break ground this Fall  CUP Lino Lakes Mini Storage approved by City Council  Eastside Villas approved  Natures Refuge still active project, working through wetlands  2019 – Ware Road to West Shadow Lake drive street reconstruction planning  County acquired Lehman property, west of Rice Lake Elementary School o City working to preserve the house from 1893 that sits on the property  35W MNPass lane project VII.
