Council Member <br />203 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />204 <br />205 6D) Consider Resolution No. 18455, Approving Payment No. 4 and Final for the 2017 Trail <br />206 Improvement Project — City Engineer Hankee reviewed the written staff report. She noted the <br />207 project involved and the staff request for authorization to make final payment. <br />208 <br />209 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 18455, as presented. Council Member <br />210 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />211 <br />212 6E) Consider Resolution No. 18459, Authorizing Acquisition of Permanent Easement, 49 & <br />213 J Trunk Utility Improvements — City Engineer Hankee explained that by this resolution staff is <br />214 requesting that the council authorize the acquisition of certain private property required for utility <br />215 improvements. She noted communication with the land owner, the cost of acquisition and the <br />216 funding source. <br />217 <br />218 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 18-159, as presented. Council Member <br />219 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />220 <br />221 6F) Consider Resolution No. 18160, Approving Quotes for Trunk Waterman Connection, <br />222 Birch Street and Black Duck Drive — City Engineer Hankee requested approval of the resolution <br />223 that will accept the low quote for the service of making an improvement to the water line noted. The <br />224 work will improve water services to the area. <br />225 <br />226 Council Member Manthey move to approve Resolution No. 18-160 as presented. Council Member <br />227 Stoesz seconded the motion.
