Ms. Larsen <br />82 said that element is still included but will be more specific in the final plans. <br />83 - PUD Final Plan/rinal Plat (2018) (they actually lost seven lots from original <br />84 preliminary proposal; <br />85 - Density (reduced); <br />86 - Overall Land Use Plan; <br />87 - Housing Types and Products; <br />88 - Elevations: townhomes (pictures of proposed product) (special requirements for <br />89 end cap units were noted); single family homes; <br />90 - Architectural Standards; <br />91 - Landscaping plans; <br />92 - HOA Center Concept (when it is built, general plans); <br />93 - Subdivision; <br />94 - Public Land Dedication. <br />95 Council Member Stoesz asked about the presence of radon and if anything will be done to <br />96 mitigate? Staff said generally not, especially at the early grading stage, but they'll check <br />97 with the developer. <br />98 Community Development Director Grochala and City Attorney Squires reported on the <br />99 master development agreement. Attorney Squires began where his review had last ended, <br />10o at Article VI, of the Executive Summary (on file). <br />101 <br />l02 Community Development Director Grochala noted that the third element requested for <br />103 approval is the development agreement for the phase one (incorporates elements of the <br />104 master development agreement for that phase). <br />105 <br />106 Mayor Reinert remarked that there are many things he is not caring for. On garage size, <br />107 he asked if Lennar doesn't have a product that includes a 20 foot wide garage. The <br />108 Lennar representative said no; that's why they requested the amendment. <br />109 4. WSB Engineering Services —Brian Bourassa, WSB &Associates, reviewed a <br />110 presentation on their services and fees that included information on: <br />111 - General Engineering Services (office hours, etc, flat rate fees); <br />112 - Project Related Engineering/Planning Services (project specific, charges related to <br />113 work); <br />114 - Indications on general engineering services provided to the City from 2011 <br />115 through 2017; they have ratcheted up services to meet growing needs; <br />116 - Information on fees, increases over time, office days, etc.; <br />3 <br />
