He recently sent an email <br />21 <br />communication to the council voicing that concern. <br />22 <br />23 <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />24 <br />25 <br />Theagenda was amended to indicate that Item 6B is postponed for discussion at the September 3 <br />26 <br />Council work session. <br />27 <br />28 <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />29 <br />30 <br />Police Chief Swenson introduced the Police Department’s newest officer, Nathan Hamann. Officer <br />31 <br />Hamann was sworn-in by Mayor Reinert. <br />32 <br />33 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />34 <br />35 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Agenda Item 1A as presented.Council <br />36 <br />Member Stoeszseconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />37 <br />38 <br />Council Member O’Donnell moved to approve Consent Agenda Item 1Bas presented. Council <br />39 <br />Member Raffertyseconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. Council Member Roeser <br />40 <br />abstained from voting. <br />41 <br />42 <br />Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1C, 1D and 1E as presented. <br />43 <br />Council Member Roeser seconded the motion.
