The ordinance was brought forward in response a recommendation to <br />75 <br />change the way the city bills for utilities for vacant businesses. The change will bring the city in line <br />76 <br />with what most other cities are doing in similar situations. Council Member Rafferty confirmed that <br />77 <br />there will be no negative fire suppression implications. <br />78 <br />79 <br />Council Member O’Donnell moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 12-12. Council <br />80 <br />Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />81 <br />82 <br />nd <br />Council Member Roeser moved to approve the 2Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 12-12 as <br />83 <br />presented. Council Member O’Donnell seconded the motion.
