WS –Item#2 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No.2 <br />Date: <br />September 3, 2013 <br />To: <br />City Council <br />From: <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner <br />Re: <br />Emmerich PUD Concept Plan <br />Background <br />At the August 26, 2013 Council Work Session, Council requested this agenda item be <br />moved to the September meeting to allow more time for review and discussion. <br />The applicant, AJE Companies, submitted a Land Use Application for a PUD Concept <br />Plan Review for a residential subdivision located in the southeast quadrantof the City. It <br />contains 5 parcels totaling approximately 75 gross acres and consists of a residential <br />density mix of single family lots, townhomes and an age restricted multi-family <br />residence.
