Lot widths for the single family units are 70 feet (85 feet for <br />corner lots) and lot depths are 125-130 feet. <br />Street B is considered a minor collector street and 40 foot setbacks will apply. Additional <br />provisions for future deck constructionshall be incorporated into plans which meet <br />required setbacks. <br />The project proposes single family lots generally consistent with the R-2, Two Family <br />Residence District. Residential home construction shall meet those requirements. No <br />information was provided regarding the proposed townhome residences. <br /> <br />
