CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-98 <br /> <br /> <br />Approving Massage Enterprise and Individual Licenses <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has recently approved regulations that license the practice of <br />massage therapy in the City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for an Individual Massage License in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified that <br />local licensing regulations are met; <br /> <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for licensee and has found no reason to deny; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the Individual Massage License for Manel Rensham <br />from Allure Salon with said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state <br />requirements for said licenses. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_____________and was duly seconded by Council Member _____________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
