DBA Ecig Crib <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote Required) <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Michael Morin has applied for a tobacco license for Morin Enterprises, Inc. DBA Ecig Crib. <br />This is a new business which is located at 7860 Lake Drive. The tobacco license will expire on <br />June 30, 2019 with all other tobacco licenses in the City. Staff has been working with the <br />license holders to put in place all requirements to allow for Council consideration at this time. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />City policy requires a background investigation on the applicant (Micahel Morin) which has <br />been submitted to the Public Safety Department. The background has been completed and there <br />is no reason to deny the license at this time. <br /> <br />The applicant has completed the necessary documentation and paid the fee that is required for <br />the license. No license will be released until all requirements are met. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 18-99, approving new tobacco license for Morin Enterprises, Inc. DBA Ecig <br />Crib, to run concurrent with all tobacco licenses through June 30, 2018. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Resolution 18-99 <br />
