CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-99 <br /> <br />APPROVING A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR LINO ECIG CRIB <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve all tobacco licenses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified <br />that licensing requirements are met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has completed the required background <br />investigations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the new tobacco license for Ecig Crib located at <br />7860 Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member_____________ and was duly seconded by Council Member _____________ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
