CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-100 <br /> <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2017 TRAIL MAINTENANCE <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 17-114 of the Council adopted October 9, 2017, <br />awarding the contract for the 2017 Trail Maintenance Project to Arcade Asphalt, Inc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared in order to address additional soil <br />correction and concrete work for the project in the amount of $11,736.00. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that <br />Change Order No. 1 is approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of August, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
