CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-125 <br /> <br />AMENDING SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P. LEASE <br />AGREEMENT – WATER TOWER #1 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved the existing lease agreement with Sprint <br />Spectrum L.P. to operate telecommunications equipment on the water tower located at <br />7470 Fourth Avenue via Resolution No. 17-140 at the December 11, 2017 City Council <br />meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sprint Spectrum has since contacted City staff requesting modifications to <br />Section 14 - Insurance and Section 17 - Utility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Attorney and staff have reviewed the proposed amendments and <br />have no objections. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes accepts <br />the proposed amendments. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of September, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member <br />________________ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
