2 <br /> <br />The rezoning is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan as well as the <br />adjacent NorthPointe 2nd and 6th Addition subdivisions. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on August 8, 2018. Public comments <br />included concerns regarding wetland boundaries, trail location and traffic flow.
