COUNCIL MINUTES September 24, 2018 <br />DRAFT <br />6 <br />6C) Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation, Lino Lakes Storage at 440 Park Court – City 215 <br />Engineer Hankee noted that the action requested relates to vacation of an easement as part of the Lino 216 <br />Lakes Storage project. Staff has determined the vacation is appropriate and 2nd reading of the 217 <br />ordinance is recommended. 218 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 14-18. Council Member 219 <br />Maher seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 220 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve the 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 14-18 as 221 <br />presented. Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 5; Nays none. 222 <br /> 223 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 18-116 as presented. Council Member 224 <br />Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 225 <br /> 226 <br />6D) 2018 Trunk Watermain and Trail Project: i. Consider Resolution No. 18-122, Accepting 227 <br />bids, Awarding Construction Contract; ii. Consider Resolution No. 18-123, Approving 228 <br />Construction Services Contract - City Engineer Hankee reviewed her written report outlining the 229 <br />project and the results of the bid process for the work. Included is a request to execute a contract for 230 <br />construction services administration and oversight with WSB & Associates. 231 <br /> 232 <br />Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 18-122, as presented.
