<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT, 2018 <br />WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration of the 2018 West Shadow Lake Area Street and <br />Utility Improvement Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB <br />and Associates, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services and <br />materials testing of the 2018 West Shadow Lake Area Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project in the amount of $386,379.00. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of October, 2018. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
