11150281v3 <br /> <br /> <br />A-2 <br /> <br />The maximum aggregate estimated principal amount of the Notes or other obligations to <br />be issued in one or more series to finance, in part, the Project pursuant to the housing finance <br />program will be approximately $5,000,000. <br />The Notes or other obligations, if and when issued, will not constitute a charge, lien or <br />encumbrance upon any property of the City or the Issuer, except the Project and the revenues to <br />be derived from the Project. Such Notes or other obligations will not be a charge against the City <br />or the Issuer’s general credit or taxing powers, but will be payable from sums to be paid by the <br />Borrower pursuant to a revenue agreement. <br />Further information concerning the housing finance program and the Project may be <br />obtained from the City Clerk during normal business hours. <br />At the time and place fixed for the public hearing, the City Council of the City will give all <br />persons who appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the housing <br />finance program and proposal.
