CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2018 <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to <br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed <br />and approved by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the <br />Pay Equity Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan includes an all-inclusive 2.75 percent salary increase and a <br />three percent market adjustment for the Community Development Director, retroactive to <br />January 1, 2018. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the following salary schedule by adopted. <br /> <br />City of Lino Lakes 2018 Compensation Plan <br />Effective January 1, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />Position <br />Minimum <br />Monthly <br /> <br />Step 2 <br /> <br />Step 3 <br /> <br />Step 4 <br /> <br />Step 5 <br />Maximum <br />Monthly <br />City Administrator $9,677 $10,161 $10,645 $11,129 $11,613 $12,097 <br />Public Safety Director $8,518 $8,943 $9,369 $9,795 $10,221 $10,647 <br />Finance Director $7,999 $8,399 $8,799 $9,199 $9,599 $9,999 <br />Comm.
