Consider Resolution No. 18-145 Approving 1st Addition <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />Watermark is a master planned residential community located in the northwest quadrant of I- <br />35E and CSAH 14/Main Street. It contains 12 parcels totaling approximately 372 gross acres <br />and consists of a residential mix of 692 single family lots and 172 townhome units totaling 864 <br />housing units. Lennar submitted a Land Use Application for Watermark 1st Addition PUD <br />Final Plan/Final Plat.
