These standards are summarized in the <br />PUD Master Plan Booklet and are incorporated as part of the Master Development Agreement. <br />Each phase (i.e. addition) of development shall submit a PUD Final Plan consistent with the <br />PUD Development Stage Plan. <br /> <br />In October 2017, Council approved an amendment to the PUD Development Stage Plan’s <br />overall Land Use Plan. The Land Use Plan established 871 housing units. As the applicant has <br />worked through final plan design to address City and RCWD comments from the preliminary <br />plat, the number of 55’ wide Villas was reduced from 127 units to 120 units. The net number <br />of housing units is now 864. <br /> <br />The density reduced from 3.40 units per acre to 3.39 units per acre.
